Akshita Puri is a microbiologist and compliance consultant with over 12 years of experience spanning food and beverage safety, genomics, and regulated laboratory operations. She has managed microbiology operations for ISO 17025-accredited laboratories, led QA/QC teams, and worked extensively with GMP, Health Canada, and FDA standards.
Her expertise includes contamination control, quality systems, and method validation, with a proven record of designing in-house testing programs, developing SOP frameworks, and strengthening microbiology operations to meet regulatory expectations.
At Texave International, Akshita brings a science-first approach, helping companies translate microbiological risks into practical, business-ready compliance solutions.

Eesha Maranaganti serves as the QA Documentation Assistant at Texave, where she supports the quality and regulatory team with a strong focus on compliance and documentation excellence. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a specialization in Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University. With a solid foundation in global regulatory frameworks such as FDA, ICH, and Health Canada, and quality standards including GMP and ISO 13485, Eesha is highly detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of regulatory documentation and quality assurance.

An Acclaimed Global Leader, Former MD/Senior VP/VP of top organizations and Author of Best Selling Books " Project Management Handbook" & " 10 Golden Commandments of Top Project Manager", Sandeep served the Indian and Global industry for three decades and facilitated hundreds of project engineering professionals in their careers and propelled world class companies achieve success in their business by successfully setting up many projects and built solid infrastructure in India and internationally in Life Sciences, F&B, FMCG, Chemical & Industrial industry verticals.

Recipient of CEO of the Year - 2020 award from Indian Achievers Forum ( IAF) ( Indian Govt approved Apex Body) . He has been Jury Judge on the core panel of Frost and Sullivan for selecting best industry practice awards of year 2017 of India. Keen strategist and a technocrat with very strong program and project execution skills and demonstrated capabilities across all geographies of the world, setting up projects in US, UK, Netherlands, Nigeria, Brazil, Croatia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. From IIT Task Force, contributed innovative technical design of segregation of HVAC systems of Covid Wards and Non Covid Wards to Govt of India for implementation in all hospitals across India, saving lives of thousands of people.

Former Managing Director & CEO, Hyde Engineering and Consulting India Pvt Ltd and Former Managing Director & CEO, Hyde Engineering and Consulting Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore with impeccable track record of maintaining successful key accounts relationships with leading clients across Asia. Former leadership positions as Senior Vice President or VP held with ACG Associated Capsules, Dr Reddy, Tata Consulting Engineers , TCS, Jacobs Engineering, Coca Cola India, Hindustan Lever and Dabur Group.

Siddharth Puri leads Business Development and Marketing at Texave International, bringing over 7 years of experience in driving strategic growth, client engagement, and brand positioning. As Business Head, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence across India and North America, building partnerships, and aligning business goals with client needs.

Darshan Gautre is a Food Safety and Quality Assurance professional with over seven years of experience across food manufacturing, food service, and consulting in Canada and India.

He has led supplier quality auditing programs for a large Canadian bakery manufacturer, conducting risk-based audits of ingredient, packaging, cold storage, and distribution suppliers in alignment with GFSI standards and ISO 19011. He currently leads food safety and quality operations for a Toronto-area importer and distributor, where he is building the food safety management system toward GFSI certification, covering preventive controls, labelling compliance under the SFCR and Health Canada requirements, and supplier approval.

His technical focus includes HACCP and preventive control planning, CAPA governance, traceability, allergen and foreign-material controls, food fraud vulnerability assessment, and nutrition labelling and front-of-package compliance.

Darshan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management (Canada) and a Master's degree in Food Technology, and is certified as a BRCGS Lead Auditor, BRCGS Internal Auditor, and HACCP Auditor. 

Anu Bernier combines scientific expertise with hands-on industry experience to deliver practical, integrated food safety solutions. She has supported businesses across a wide range of sectors—including bakery, dairy, fruit and vegetable processing, food service, storage and distribution, honey, confectionery, beverages, cannabis, ingredient manufacturing, RTE meals, grain processing, and thermal processing. From GMP implementation to GFSI certifications like BRCGS, SQF, and FSSC 22000, she helps food businesses build and maintain strong safety systems with clarity and confidence.

Meenakshi Gaheer, M.Sc. joins Texave as a Lead Consultant and Trainer, bringing over 20 years of expertise in food safety, quality systems, and third-party auditing. A certified GFSI Lead Auditor across BRCGS, SQF, CanadaGAP, and GFCP, she specializes in building practical, audit-ready systems aligned with CFIA-SFCR and FSMA requirements. Meenakshi has extensive experience supporting certification, regulatory inspections, and customer audit readiness across diverse sectors including dairy, bakery, produce, poultry, meat processing, eggs, oils & fats, and pet food. Known for her engaging and implementation-focused training style, she empowers teams to strengthen compliance, corrective action systems, and food safety culture. Her approach integrates regulatory excellence with operational practicality to deliver measurable, sustainable results for food businesses across Canada.
